Bushido Technologies Overview
Bushido Technologies, Inc. was incorporated in December of 2004. Bushido was started with a vision to provide the industries best expertise in BMC Remedy (tm) consulting and services while maintaining a focus on what makes projects successful:
- A high level of expertise
- A correct methodology when approaching a project
- Communication back to the customer at each critical point in a project
- Maintain visibility by the customer on project status, costs and future milestones.

At Bushido Technologies, we believe there is a right way to implement solutions; and we know what it takes to implement BMC Remedy’s (tm) solutions the correctly.
We also know that what is right for one company may not be right for another. That is why work with each customer individually to fit their unique needs into a project.
Founders history
The founders of Bushido worked for BMC and Remedy before it’s acquisition by Peregrine Corporation (tm) and eventually by BMC Software (tm). We have followed the history of BMC Remedy’s application develop evolution since it’s inception, from development tool to help desk to full service center.
Because of our deep architectural understanding of BMC Remedy’s products, we know when to make changes, additions or just to configure out-of-box applications to meet your needs. We always strive to ensure forward compatibility this ensures a smooth upgrade process for you in the future.
We have also followed and understand the service desk, change and asset management industries and understand the challenges you face today. And we have attended ITIL training to ensure we do things according the industries process standards.
What is a Bushido? (pronounced Boo-Shee-Do)
Bushido is a term used in ancient Japanese culture from the 11th to 19th centuries AD. Bushido was a code of conduct and a way of life for the Japanese Samurai, the sworn protectors of Japan. The Bushido code contained a list of 7 virtues, among them are:
