When you use Bushido’s Hosted Service Desk you will receive access (either webbased or through the installable client) to a fully functional BMC Remedy Service Desk (tm) application server. We take care of all maintenance, support and upgrades allowing you to focus on what you do best: your business.

We also provide out-of-box integrations with your internal IT system including: Active Directory, LDAP sever integration, and password authentication as an optional services.
